Ce qui suit est une implémentation minimale de su(1) en utilisant PAM. Notez qu'elle utilise la fonction de conversation openpam_ttyconv(3) spécifique à OpenPAM qui est prototypée dans security/openpam.h. Si vous désirez construire cette application sur un système utilisant une bibliothèque PAM différente vous devrez fournir votre propre fonction de conversation.
